Dextest is committed to preserving the confidentiality, integrity, and security of sensitive institutional financial data, corporate ownership records, and transactional telemetry.

1. Collection of Identifying Data

In accordance with regulatory mandates, we collect corporate formation certificates, beneficial ownership disclosures, government-issued identification for corporate signatories, and banking transaction telemetry necessary to execute SWIFT/Fedwire instructions.

2. Bank-Grade Cryptographic Encryption

All data at rest is encrypted using AES-256 GCM algorithms backed by FIPS 140-2 Level 3 certified Hardware Security Modules (HSM). Transport layer communications utilize enforced TLS 1.3 encryption with strict HTTP Strict Transport Security (HSTS) headers.

3. Information Sharing & Intermediary Banks

We do not monetize or disclose client data to commercial third parties. Information is shared strictly with correspondent depository clearing partners, SWIFT network operators, and regulatory authorities where legally required to execute transactions or comply with legal subpoenas.

4. Data Retention & Audit Logs

Financial records and audited transaction ledgers are retained in immutable cold archives for the statutory periods required by international banking regulations (minimum seven years).
